The Franklin Hot Air Balloon Festival is this Saturday, from 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. in the Westhaven community, 188 Front Street. With live music, food trucks, a KidZone, craft vendors, and a beautiful balloon-glow at dusk, this promises to be one spectacular event!
